Happy "THOO" Year!! :)

Gambling...becomes a kind of "tradition" during cny. Well, just for the kick of it. :) At first thought its fun but then ...it depends who u playing with.

First time going to a friend's friend's house to play mahjong. Or rather, a stranger's house. Out of 4 persons, i was the only newbie and the rest are more experienced players. Well, thats the problem. The game was fast paced, and more often than not, when i was about to say 碰, the next player already draw and threw a tile. =_='' Needless to say, its harder to win for me. The worst thing ... is when i "feed" and let a player win a lot of money, the others will start to show their unhappiness to me. He will start "scolding" me etc. Man, i lost twice the $$$ to the winner but yet i never say anything, why so worked up for ya? After the whole game was completed, i also dunno why everyone insists on playing another full game when everyone is tired and sleepy? I already said i still sick and wishes to go back and rest but they wont let me. Ended up, everyone just play for the sake of playing(with plenty of yawns in between). zzz. Winning money is more important ah??? Playing mj with pple of the same level is better. Unless the rest are the more understanding kind. hmm.

Blackjack is also very common during cny. This time, with company bosses and colleagues. This is much more enjoyable, with plenty of laughs and fun. No one cares about winning or losing how much. Just for the excitement and fun. That should be the way man! They say beginners will have luck and win. Do u believe? Either way, just play during cny, stop and play again next year cny. In this way, u will always be the "beginner" and have the beginner's luck. haha
