...at last!!!HRM tutorials are finally OVER!! :D What a relief! The last tutorial doesnt go smoothly(as usual) but i think some things could be well prepared beforehand. But i guess by now, everyone had expected the worst already and thus never put in 100% effort ba. (blame who??) And those who are good at "talking" and "defending" yet dun want to go out to present and lead, ending up those unlucky ones have to be made "scapegoats". Speaking of Leaders. what an irony. I dun expect good result with this module but i certainly HOPE i can pass!! Cant imagine me doing this again next semester. Reality learning is tough but good, although having experienced once is enough. Really. Hope so. Still remembered those words that prof patrick said about salary in working life:High salary == Good Money == High Responsiblities = High Stress != Good Life.which one would u choose???\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
Todae is the last day of RT! yes, ended. Though overall i had improved by one point on SBJ and running(yay!) but the rest of my stations all dropped by one point("fantastic!") Haha. oh my. Well, i still think its a waste of time. :\\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
All my tuitions are over!! Oh yeah!! But truthfully, i dont think i had been a good tutor ... lack the strictness and the Fierceness! Primary school kids!! They had SUCH a SHORT attention span! Cant focus for long. =.= Almost every tution sessions usually ended up as a chit chat or play game session with the tutee kids.( 跟我混熟的后果!:P) Chit chat becomes like listening to his rattling of dreams and his ambitions. Though his dreams may sound childish and impractical, but hey, at least they have dreams. hmm. AND he dont LAUGH at ur dreams too, no matter how stupid or silly they might be. In fact he actually helped to "build" upon my dreams by giving more ideas! haha, 小孩的天真, 多可爱! :) Another kid, always play facebook and online games when i reached his home, totally ignoring my presence. everytime. Or we would watch youtube shows together sometimes. :P Had to admit that those kiddy shows are really nice! :) This kid is a game frantic, over time, his FPS skills overshot mine! hmph. Practice makes perfect huh? When i mentioned about not continuing tuition next year, their parents actually request me to stay. I was shocked, cause frankly, their results are not improving a lot and i think with a change of a stricter tutor will do them good. Only then when i see the cheeky smiles of the kids besides their mum, then i know whats the reason. They just want "SOMEONE" to 'entertain' them again next year. Yesterday went for the LAST cca session. (yeah, i Totally forgot about it...thought it ended 2 weeks ago. :P ) True, not many turned up though cause that day was only the reflections and suggestions for improvement discussions. The last part was where everyone shared their 感想, especially the juniors who had been through this one and a half years. Instead of a happy sharing session, it turned out to be...quite touching. yeah, what xf said was true..everyone been through the hard times together. Sometimes there are situations where things are Just Unfair, or u all felt like grumbling and complaining about the extra workload u all have... But u all still complete it, and even being so supportive and "give face(给足面子)" to the main comm too. 实在不容易！感谢你们! Tears were also dropped ... Seniors also prepared the farrago times for u all, with all our thoughts and wishes inside. We hoped that many can still stay and continue and guide their incoming juniors... 一声的谢谢，简单两个字，烙印在你我心中。
真诚的感想，你我的回忆，一切尽在不言中。
小小的卡片，内心的感谢，让这一切都值得。(hmm, i starting to think that my poetic skills is improving! hahaha!)

AAO dinner later. Its a long story, about getting their sponsorship, we are forced to attend it. And somehow and rather, i am also dragged into it. (Well, who asked me to write that those few particular words in farrago times. ..now i had to oblige by it. =_= '') We arrived late, and much to our dismay, No More FOOD LEFT!!! (@$!!@$##$ Actually thats the main reason i go...the buffet.)Then there is this award presentation ceremony, Nanyang Distinguished Alumni Award and other kinds of awards. Was like wondering, whether will i have the chance to be up there on the stage too someday . . . But Seriously, i DOUBT so. lol. Luckily, after the ceremony there is still second round of NEW buffet available! (cheers to AAO!) Haha! And the food is good stuff!! Sashimi, soft shell crab, ebi prawn, turklish chicken...wow, even the dessert is shiok! HAha, AAO buffet就是不一样！:D

X Campus Run 2009!!
Fourth and final time in participating. A pity cant asked some of the "old runners" to join me but this time got also a new group of friends to run with, kok's MAE friends. Our dear cp ah...still making fun of me and ssy. =.= This year's leisure route was a bit short, not even one full round of the school perimeter. About 5km only compared to 7km of the previous years. Quite satisfied with my timing, although still ran slower than the rest. I never been good at running fast anyway. What matters most to me is not stopping and complete it at one go. :)And at the finishing point dun even have isotonic or COLD drinks!! this is one bad bad point!! I mean how can there be no water point at the end of the run??? (ok, the goodie bags have water but ... oh well. its NOT COLD. haha) Well, the gd thing is that the design is different compared with the previous years. Black colour instead of the usual white. And the front looks nice! :) And damn... last year's size M is so small, so i take L size this year. But it turns out to be a bit too broad and big... zzz. Well, maybe can follow what kok says... wash for a few more times and hope it shrinks a bit.. hahaa!
On the way to jp for dinner, helped a old couple. kind of touched by them, especially the old man, who's trying hard to help himself by standing although hes feeling painful. And the old woman too, taking care of him... admire their spirit despite the condition they are in... Memory... is the diary that we all carry about with us.

A long weekend. A small little break for me.
Went with CT to shop for eunice's present. Supposed to be a group effort, but how come only the GLs are doing the shopping? The rest so conveniently just SAY wanna chip in only. haha. When asked for suggestions what to buy, only a couple of them replied. And our joker jw said buy some punky funky clothes for her. Oh gosh, how would i know what that means, why not u come down and shop with us...haha. In the end, we just settled on a customised silver necklace from bits and pieces. Erm, a bit exceeding our budget though haha. Another ironic thing is in another few more hours was CT's actual birthday and when offered a present for her too, she refused. haha, maybe only her bf's present matters the most to her. ;)
Rushed down to cor batfamily's dinner gathering. A pity my buddy Ronald cant make it. arh. :( We ate at Manhattan Fish market, YES, liked the flaming prawns!~ :) Chatted for a while but noticed that we didnt really chat much to the HIs UNTIL gladys came over. Can say that she was the bridge and terp for us. lol. Still rmb the funny expression jolene gave when asked when she was going to have a baby. hahaha!

Sunday went to eunice's 21st birthday. ONLY me and yiu hang went. :( When we reached there, we wishes and gave Eunice her present. She looked so gorgeous! haha. Birthday girl 就是不一样！Hope she liked our gift to her. :) hmm, then we realised we must be quite late le. All the tables are already seated with pple and the food....was left only corn?? :'( After painfully waited for more food to be refilled, and when it does, we realised there are no more plates left! (haha, u must be kidding..) Saw Rachel too,then i found out that she was actually Eunice's roomate! What a coincidence! Ah, then again, maybe she did mention before during project Real, but i forgot ba. And there is this BIASED magician there who ONLY performed magic tricks to girls only from table to table. Totally ignored us. Hmph!! We didnt stay for long, partly because we dun wanna stand and wait so long for food to refill.. :P Oh yeah, that night's theme is BOOMZ!!~ (?!?!?!)

DIASTER. Hrm totally screwed up. Whole class. Had to re-do whole report. Sianz... The way MH talks can be so..... bastard and merciless?! Reality learning indeed. :(((( Oh gosh, do he know how much time and effort AND $$$ that we put inside this bloody RED hrm for him? Just one word:"redo". All our efforts gone down to waste. Idiotic. Just as what my groupmate commented, we should no need to prepare slides or report, just prepare to redo will do. haha. We even joked beforehand that if we dont need to redo, we will celebrate and eat kushin bowl or sakae later. Haha, judging the state we are now, we should go "celebrate" by eating maggie mee instead. :\But then...even so, i guess more or less everyone was also mentally prepared for this or expected this to happen. Thats why everyone can still joke and play around and "imitate" MH style during the aftermath meeting. haha. :)If you have a bad day, u have to let it go...And so... we went to dian xiao er to eat for dinner, nevertheless. 尉劳自己! Haha. Not really feeling very happy, but at least... the day had passed. :)

Busy with HRM lately. Meetings, meetings and more meetings. This workload is getting incredibly heavier. (there goes my weekend...) Prof comm project too.. :(Yesterday was also last day for english course! Cheers!~ (My saturdays are free le~yay~) Hope the particpants benefited and enjoyed themselves too. :)At last, PSLE was almost over. Tmr is the last paper. Yes! Now i got half of my tuitions away freed! Decided NOT to continue a few of the tuitions next year.. kinda a bit 依依不舍, especially saw that scene where she clinged onto her mum's hand and pulled repeatedly.. Wishes outing at spatch's house~ :)
Enjoyed the ktv system, with thousands of songs to choose from. Thanks for the mooncake too, especially the chocolate and cheese mooncakes. Eat until very full~ haha. (well, actually i haven had dinner when i reached there. lol. the mooncakes are JUSt nice to be there. hehe)
Had a Heart to Heart Talk session. Shared our experiences and also knew more about each other. :) 家家都有本难念的经. (haiz...) Well, i didnt share much, partly i cant find an apprioriate time to "cut" in, but . . . its really heartening to know that you are not the only one who "suffered" too. .
Stayed over last minute and had the famous pratas nearby for breakfast :) nice. :)

VOC 09 and WSC appreciation dinner感觉不一样， 心情不一样，面对的态度也不一样。
也许环境不一样，气氛不一样， "人"也不一样吧。VOC, only went for the actual day, realised that our farra GLs (jiahui and mingwei, i knew it, u two are the most "最佳人选for GL", haha) already very enthu and high enough le, somemore with the farrago dance, really really very nice! At least the juniors enjoyed it very much. lol. *hats off* Didnt joined in the group for the games much though. ( felt very sianz of these orientation games le), so i helped out in the logistics area. haha. Sort of messy too, with so many juniors this time during voc, from all 5 centres plus cor.Finally first time seeing the new batch of juniors face to face. First impression!! (our Chs sure had a 'funny' taste for juniors...) Sad, that not all can make it and come too. Hmm, well, this new batch is certainly not as enthu and high as the previous one though... Portfolio wise, also hard to choose, especially the top 2. A lot of things had to be taken into consideration. (got a feeling we are just taking a risk)And sorry to isaac for that night, for making u and esra wait for so long. Know u kinda feel mad, but things ALWAYS happen this way actually. :(**************************************************************************************WSC appreciation dinner next day. Red, Blue, Green Theme. We all wore our farra tees, making us a prominent sea of bright "greenies". And thanks for the testimonial too. (so much well written this time than last year's one. :P Though there is STILL a couple of mistakes. Wonder who are the ones writing...) haha. Actually.. i forgot what else to write. or maybe that's not much to write. Argh, i only know i am sick during these few days. :( Had to pop in one panadol during wsc dinner somemore. :(After the dinner,on the way home, xf texted me, saying that my prolonged headache is not physical but its something mental. Something thats is bothering me. think she was right....
